City of McGrath Office

The City of McGrath is located in the Cap’n Snow Center at the corner of F & Takotna Streets.

Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm. We are open during lunch hours!

The City office is the place to set-up water service connection, pay your water bill, or get documents Notarized. City Council, Committee records, land & development maps and cemetery records are kept in the City office. The Clerk/Treasurer and the City Administrator work in the City of McGrath Office.

Water and fee payments can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card. Payments are accepted in the office M-Th from 9am to 3pm. The City also offers an auto payment system so customers will never make a late payment. Call to set up autopayment for your account. 

In the event that a customer's account becomes delinquent, over 30 days past due, the City offers a Deferred Payment Plan to allow customers to make payments over a period of time. Contact the City office to set-up a Deferred Payment Plan. Customers who are making on-time payments under this payment plan will avoid having their water cut-off or further collections actions.
